Bookings

To secure a booking guests must supply a valid credit card.  The account is to be paid in full prior to arrival and tentative bookings can only be held for 24 hours. American Express cards attract a 3.5% fee

Payment

Full payment must be received prior to arrival

Rates

Premium rates and minimum stay requirements may apply during special events, long weekends and Christmas/New Year. If applicable, these details will be communicated upon receipt of your booking request

Cancellation

A minimum of 30 days notice is required. A 100% cancellation fee applies if less than 30 days notice is received, however, any nights re-sold for the booked period will be refunded

A valid Credit Card number must be supplied and will be utilised for any additional charges, services or damages

Weekly Cleaning Service

Properties are serviced on a weekly basis. To assist with this service we ask that guests keep the apartment in a clean and tidy state

Number of Persons

Limited to the number agreed too upon confirmation and no more than the number of bedding positions within the property. An additional nightly fee or eviction may apply should the number of agreed persons be exceeded

Functions

Functions of any kind and strictly prohibited at our properties and may result in an eviction from the property

Noise

Disturbance to property owners and other guests may result in an eviction from the property

Damage

Guests are financially responsible for all damages or losses incurred at the property

Personal Belongings

Adelaide Serviced Accommodation is not responsible for damage, loss or theft of personal belongings. Please ensure that the property and your vehicle is secure and locked at all times

Non-Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside our properties. A minimum $200 cleaning fee will apply

Pets

Pets are not permitted

Lockout

A $100 lockout fee will apply

Departure

Checkout time is 10.00am. A cleaning fee may apply if the property is not left in a clean and tidy state
